Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information.

Please note that during high-demand periods, sales events, holidays, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package in real time.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us:

  • The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges

ROUN is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

ROUN is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the courier service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing or shipment stages.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Packaging photos if applicable
